"Very nice house in cozy and central location. Very bright and spacious, high floor with lift. Lots of rooms, perfect for two. Nice restaurants and bars around the place."

"The toilet would have to be fixed, the water isn't charged, and I'll never understand this thing about having to take out the rubbish. It's true that it's not a hotel, but when you're on holiday it would be preferable to avoid housework; we had very short break, we only stayed in Nice for two days so we have not soiled or consumed so much, but it would still be more convenient to avoid asking to do it."

"The location is fantastic, central to main attractions and transport. The accomodation is also easy to locate, with very easy clear self check-in instructions. Also the place is so cute, authentic older style with rooftop city views from shuttered French windows. The bed was very comfortable as with the living spaces and well equipped kitchen. And the washing machine is such a benefit, along with full size fridge and pod coffee machine. The cosy apartment had lovely hot showers and super fast wifi. Everything comfortable and nice."

"The space: it's a proper French flat all to yourself. It's bright, well maintained, and well equipped without being fussy. It's near bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Near Gare du Sud and an amazing fresh produce market. Within walking distance of the Old Town too."

"There was a heatwave and, like many buildings in Europe, it was difficult to keep the place cool, even with a standalone AC unit. There are a lot of windows, so I'm assuming that the flat could cope quite well in normal warm weather. A fan in the bedroom might help."

"Lots of natural light. Good location, about 15 minute walk into the centre of old town and Nice Ville station. Useful appliances available: iron, hairdryer, air conditioning. A large supermarket about 5 minute walk away and excellent kitchen facilities enabled us to make our own food some evenings. Host very communicative and helpful on message via booking.com."
